Homeowner portal (My Account)
Avalon Management’s password-protected, members-only site. According to the association, homeowners can use it to view and pay their assessment accounts, update personal information, download private association documents, and check on pending architectural or CC&R enforcement issues. To get a login, call member accounting at (951) 746-5410.
Submit a homeowner request
For maintenance, management or other association questions, use the Online Homeowner Request Form on the association’s Contact page, or submit a request through the homeowner portal. Requests go to the association and its management company — not to CrowneHillEvents.com.
Architectural changes & applications
The association asks homeowners to get written Architectural Committee approval before starting exterior projects such as painting, landscaping, fences or hardscape. Its Architectural page has the current application, the architectural guidelines, approved paint schemes, and the submission steps. Our plain-English guide explains where to start.
Governing documents
The association’s Docs page posts the CC&Rs, bylaws, rules and regulations, election rules, architectural guidelines, the ADU/JADU policy, and other association documents and forms. Always use the association’s current versions.

City services
Report a non-emergency issue
The City of Temecula app lets residents report potholes, graffiti, and other non-emergency issues and follow their status.
Trash and recycling
The City contracts with CR&R for residential trash, recycling, and green-waste service. According to the City:
- Carts go to the curb by 6:00 a.m. on your collection day.
- Residential streets are swept the day after trash service (if trash day is Friday, streets are swept Monday), so avoid parking on the street on trash and sweeping days.
- Each household gets two free bulky-item pickups a year. Schedule them with CR&R at 1-800-755-8112.

Temecula Valley Unified School District
The Temecula Valley Unified School District serves Temecula public schools. School assignments are based on your street address; the district’s School Site Locator shows the elementary, middle, and high schools for an address.

Crowne Hill Park
A City park inside the neighborhood
Crowne Hill Park is a City of Temecula park at 33203 Old Kent Road, Temecula, CA 92592. The City lists a children’s play area, outdoor basketball, picnic tables, BBQs, and restrooms, and notes that the park is ADA accessible.
Crowne Hill Park is not on the City’s list of parks with reservable picnic shelters; the City treats picnic shelter areas not on that list as first-come, first-served.
